Live Free Mobile RV — Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 4, 2026
These Terms of Service explain how Live Free Mobile RV operates and what you can expect when you request service from us. By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or allowing work to proceed, you agree to these terms.
Our goal is clear communication, fair pricing, and professional service—so you can travel with confidence.
Services We Provide
Live Free Mobile RV provides on-site mobile RV house-system service, including diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and upgrades. Services may include:
Electrical systems (12V, 24V, 48V, and 120V)
RV solar and battery systems
Roof inspections and leak prevention
Plumbing and water system issues
Heating, cooling, and appliance diagnostics
Leveling and slide-out systems
Preventative maintenance and inspections
Emergency house-system repairs
We do not provide engine, drivetrain, chassis, towing, RV sales, or rental services.
Service Area & Travel Considerations
Service within 25 miles of our current operating location is included in our standard service rate.
For service locations beyond 25 miles, an Extended Service Trip Surcharge may apply. This surcharge helps account for additional travel time, scheduling impact, and technician availability when servicing locations farther away.
Any applicable travel surcharge will always be disclosed in advance, before a technician is dispatched, and clearly shown on your estimate or invoice.
Scheduling & Site Readiness
Appointments are scheduled based on availability, location, and service type. Arrival times are provided as estimated windows, not guaranteed times, due to the mobile nature of our work.
Travel distance, prior jobs, weather, and emergency calls may affect arrival timing.
Please ensure:
Safe and legal access to the RV
Utilities are available if required for service
Pets are secured
The work area is reasonably clear and safe
If site conditions prevent work from being performed safely or efficiently, additional charges or rescheduling may be required.
Estimates & Approvals
Estimates are based on available information and visible conditions at the time of inspection. RV systems can be complex, and additional issues may be discovered during service.
If additional work is recommended:
Findings will be explained clearly
Pricing will be provided in advance
Approval will be obtained before continuing
No additional billable work will be performed without customer authorization.
Pricing & Payment
A one-hour minimum labor charge applies to all service calls
Payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of service
Extended Service Trip Surcharge
Service includes travel within 25 miles one-way from the Company’s current service location.
For service locations beyond 25 miles, an Extended Service Trip Surcharge applies based on distance. Distance is calculated using Google Maps driving distance (fastest route, one-way).
The applicable surcharge tier is disclosed prior to service confirmation. If a service location falls between distance tiers, the higher tier applies.
Parts & Special Orders
Special-order parts require payment in full before ordering
Special-order parts are non-refundable once ordered
Core charges apply only if the customer chooses to retain the old component
Emergency & Priority Service
Emergency service includes:
After-hours service requests
Holiday service
Requests requiring priority ahead of existing bookings
Emergency or priority service may require a non-refundable emergency service fee, which will be disclosed at the time of request and due prior to technician dispatch.
Workmanship & Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship.
Labor is warranted for 90 days from the date of service
This warranty covers workmanship only
Warranty does not apply to:
Customer-supplied parts
Manufacturer defects
Normal wear and tear
Pre-existing conditions
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or environmental factors
Systems modified or serviced by others after our work
Limitations & Responsibility
RV systems are subject to vibration, weather exposure, and manufacturer design limitations. While we take care in our work, Live Free Mobile RV is not responsible for unrelated failures, hidden damage, or conditions outside the scope of the service performed.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service charge to cover reserved time and travel.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other customers.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting service from Live Free Mobile RV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
