Emergency RV Service for Critical System Failures

When an essential RV system fails, you need dependable, professional support—not guesswork or rushed repairs. Live Free Mobile RV provides Emergency RV Service for situations that require same-day or priority response due to loss of critical RV systems.

Our emergency service is designed for safety-related, habitability-impacting issues where waiting for a standard appointment is not reasonable.

What Qualifies as Emergency RV Service

Emergency service is intended for loss of essential RV systems that affect safety, basic function, or habitability. This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Loss of electrical power

  • Loss of water or sanitation

  • Heating or air-conditioning failures affecting safety or comfort

  • Refrigerator failures impacting food safety

  • Active leaks or water intrusion

  • Other conditions creating a safety concern

Emergency service may involve same-day service, after-hours response, or holiday service, or prioritization ahead of existing scheduled customers, depending on availability.

What Is Not Considered Emergency Service

Emergency service is not typically required for:

  • Routine maintenance or inspections

  • Cosmetic issues

  • Elective upgrades or system improvements

  • Non-critical issues that do not impact safety, power, water, or climate control

If you are unsure whether your situation qualifies as an emergency, we are happy to discuss your situation and help determine the appropriate service path.

Emergency Service Expectations

Emergency service requests require an emergency service fee paid prior to technician dispatch. This allows us to prioritize your request ahead of existing scheduled work.

Emergency prioritization is subject to technician availability and does not guarantee immediate arrival or complete resolution in a single visit. Some emergency situations require follow-up visits, additional parts, or further diagnostics.

Our focus during emergency service is stabilization, safety, and restoring essential function as efficiently and professionally as possible.

Emergency Travel Considerations
Emergency service requests include travel within 25 miles of our current service location.
If the service address is beyond 25 miles one-way, an Extended Service Trip Surcharge will apply in addition to the emergency service fee. Applicable charges are confirmed prior to dispatch.

Site Readiness Matters

Because emergency service is performed on-site, the RV must be located where safe access is possible. To restore and verify proper operation, relevant utilities must be available at the service location, including:

  • Electrical power

  • Potable water

  • Sewer connection (when applicable)

Customers must also provide the normal accessories required to connect to those utilities, such as power cords, adapters, water hoses, regulators, sewer hoses, and fittings.

If utilities or access are unavailable, full system restoration or verification may not be possible during the visit.
